I will draw: character designs, portraits, mecha, detailed backgrounds, light violence, fan art, etc.

I will NOT draw: any sexual, fetish material, furry

Payment: full price or half of the price on the start and at the finish before I send the finished work to you. Currently I accept payment through PayPal only You can pay with USD or EUR. Pricing of my art is shown on the reference sheet downwards after the TOS.

Decline or Refund: I have a right to decline a commission request without providing an explanation. Does not apply if I already accepted your commission.

I do not do refunds if I am halfway done with your commission.

Process and timeline: The estimated completion time for a commission is 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. If delays occur, I will inform you immediately. I will provide updates at key stages (sketch, line art, and coloring) and ask for your approval before moving forward. Minor adjustments are allowed at no additional cost. If you require the artwork by a specific deadline, please notify me in advance.

Usage Rights:The commissioned artwork is for personal use by the client only, unless agreed otherwise. For commercial purposes (merchandise, branding), additional fees will apply and must be discussed before the commission begins. Prohibited Uses: The artwork may not be resold, edited, or used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes under any circumstances.

Delivery: I will send you your finished piece via email or Fiverr in several file formats (PNG, JPG, etc.).

Client Responsibilities:

The client is required to provide a reference and/or detailed explanation of what do they want for the commission. The client should approve each stage of the process before I proceed. Delayed responses may affect the timeline. Please be responsive and clear in your communication to ensure the artwork to be done quickly and accurately for you.
